Once u finished the story with a character, can’t be the faction shared on alt’s? Many of us maybe want to mix some vigil armor with priory weapons for example …..

No, you can’t change factions, but you can still mix and match armor and weapons. You just need another character advanced enough in the faction you want the armor or weapon from, make him buy it, transmute its looks (with a transmutation crystal) into a low level white item you can get from armorsmiths or weaponsmiths on main cities or starter areas, it’ll now be account bound, so you can just put it on the bank, grab it with the character you intend to use the skin on, and transmute its look again to a piece of armor or weapon with the stats you want, it’ll now become soulbound to that character. Only limitation is that if it is armor it must remain within the same armor class (as in, you can’t transmute the look of a piece of light armor to a heavy armor character).

No reason why it shouldn’t.
Did it not long ago on my baby ele- she is only early 20’s now
