Guild Wars 2

I just leveled up my leatherworker so I can now craft medium ascended gear. I would like to craft my Thief’s armor with Vigilant Stats but am not sure how to proceed. I’ve been searching all over (the new HoT maps in particular) but as yet can not find it. Please help ?

fyi Vigilant Stats are Power , Toughness, Expertise and Concentration

I just figured out how to get this. The Crystalline Ore Merchant in Dragon Stand (HoT) sells the Vigilant series (Laranthir). You just need a ton of crystalline ore

That is just for the inscription I believe.

The recipe for the armour pieces themselves I think you have to find separately. And Vigilant armour recipes – once again to knowledge – only have a chance of dropping from Noxious Pods in Dragon’s Stand.

I’ve been looking in much the same way for Commander’s ascended recipes with no luck. It might be a case of making a more generic set of ascended armour then changing the stats to what you want (Vigilant/Commander’s etc) in the Mystic Forge after.
