Hey guys,

Does anyone else feel like the healing from Virtue of Resolve is lower?

It was never considerably high. And it changes from time to time, due to healing power and traits.

I’m still using the same gear/runes/sigils/traits :Z

The base and Healing Power coefficient has been the same since at least December.

Yeah what I meant was sometimes you get a passive buff from other players.

i.e. guardians have passive buffs which give toughness. There may be other classes that give boosts to healing power

There is Banner of Tactics and Signet of Mercy but I was referring to the original question.
Does it feel weaker? No need to rely on feelings when you can check the math.
