Voice Packs?
No there are no voice packs. The voice acting was done by pretty prolific people, and it is a LOT of voice acting, it would cost them a ton to get it all redone by other people just so that players could pick a voice.

I’d gladly dump $10-15 on a voice pack. I’d love to roll another human character, but can’t make myself do so without a difference voice for the character. It’s not that I don’t like the voice actor they’ve already got (he did a fine job), it’s just that I don’t want two very different looking characters sounding exactly the same.
That said, a voice pack would be very costly to produce and it wouldn’t change anything other than the voice we hear in the now obsolete Personal Story. So it’s never going to happen. Alas, poor Elonian necromancer I wanted to make…I never knew ye.

kitten blocks swear words, so if you typed a word that has something that could be read as a profanity then it gets turned into kitten.
Also, while some people would pay for this, I don’t think the number of people would justify the cost of getting all of it acted and implementing the technology to let the voice be changed. Voice acting is incredibly expensive.
