There is a bug with the final step of Vorpp’s quest chain. He tells me to go back to DR and when I do and talk to him there, he tells me to meet him in DR over and over again. There is therefore no way to complete this chain after all the work on the first steps.

This belongs in the bug section of the forums, but good job notifying Anet of this bug.

Make sure you’re talking to the right Vorpp. You can’t talk to the holographic one summoned by the Communicator (which apparently doesn’t properly show as holographic to some people, looks like a normal NPC), you need to talk to the “real” one.

You can talk to holo-Vorpps summoned by other players as well, so it makes it a bit tricky if people use their communicators in the same area. The real one is standing near the portal in front of the Crown Pavillion.

Hmmm I had no problem with this, make sure someone else has not put their Vorpp on or near the actual Vorpp, some ppl do try and troll things.

The one you need to talk to is down the steps from the WP and to the right, he is standing in front of a spherical structure with a glowy ball in it. I had a similar issue.

I had that problem too. It worked out after a while to talk to him.
