The general idea is that each MMO is paired with another one (chosen randomly) and people vote for which one they like better. 64 MMOs face each other off in 32 teams this week, next week the winners will form 16 teams and so on.
This week GW2 is faces against FF XIV: A Realm Reborn, and winning (as of 10 minutes ago from this post) 54% to 46%.
Also GW1 is against Age of Conan, winning by 56.5 to 43.5

Too bad, I would have voted for FFXIV. GW2 has the potential to be the best, but they have slacked too much and their content has been subpar.

Won’t happen. Despite the hate GW2 gets, it is still one of the most popular titles in the west. This whole voting may as well end up with GW2 vs WoW in the finals.
