Q:
I would like to know how is Vulnerability taken into account when calculating damage:
- Is it a final modifier? The condition simply multiplies to damage received by the target after all other modifiers have been taken into account. Multiplicative behavior. For example if you have a 10% damage bonus and the target has 25 stacks of vulnerability, are you inflicting 10 + 25 + 25 * 10 / 100 = 37.5% more damage?
- Is it an additive modifier? The increased damage is computed at the same time as the other modifiers. Additive behavior. Same example, are you inflicting 10 + 25 = 35% more damage?
If anyone can answer this question I would appreciate it a lot!
Its multiplicative. So for 10% + 25 vuln it would be 1.10*1.25 =1.375 which is 37.5% like you said.
Edit: Question i would like to know. Does 25 vuln count as 25% or 28% (1.01^25 = 1.2824)?

Thank you for your reply!
Are you really sure about this? I am asking for confirmation because Puandro’s spreadsheet considers vulnerability to have an additive behavior.
The vuln is probably additive. I just wanted to ask just incase someone knows for sure. Its probably safe to assume 25 vuln = 25% dmg modifier though.
Yes I believe the stacks stack additively. But can you confirm the behavior of the condition itself? Do you know its behavior from theory or from empirical tests? thanks again
