Elementalist and Engineer should have an out of combat weapon swap which is only available out of combat. This will make it easier when swapping builds and also to get around the map when using leap skills etc.

This has been brought up now and then basically since the game launched, and I still think it’s a good idea. Keeping it out of combat keeps things balanced, and while I can see some very, very small potential for exploits (boon-granting sigils, firing a projectile and then swapping before contact, etc.) these seems either solvable or negligible.

It’s not a HUGELY PRESSING CONCERN, but it would be a nice quality of life upgrade to be able to swap my staff for one-handed weapons now and then, without having to fish around in my bag to find where my other dagger ended up when I swap back to staff.

they do, but the hotkey combination is “i (+ scrolldown)+ doubleclick” and requires visual precision. instead of “~”.

What I hate is if you have a Sup Sigil of Bloodlust on a Staff, and you are maxed on 25 stacks, then, out of combat, you switch to D/D – even if one of them has the same sigil, you lose your stacks. That really sucks.

I wasn’t aware people still used those sigils, I just use force/night.

It is dumb having to open inventory all the time, as long as we’re talking about things that will never be added we also need extra hotkey slots for food and usable items.

Particle effect slider would be ‘too confusing’
