Did you try GW2’s sound cloud? Maybe there is something there. Or, if it is something from the OST, you can find it on Youtube.

Or you can use a recognition program like shazam to listen to the music you want to know and try to find her.

I believe it is a remix of Cloudlab – Akihabara, but not entirely sure.
