Wacky Bnoo suggestion
Afterthought
Maybe just for Engineers or ?
Might give some vision/colour-range-challenged peeps a chance to explore more

I don’t even know what I’m reading here. Is this Role Playing?
Hey Stranger
Please try to keep your comments constructive
or let me know if I need to dumb
myself
down

I’m curious what the dumbing down would look like. Ill take that please if you don’t mind.
Somehow I don’t think ANet can put in game items to compensate for players’ choice of computer set up. You need some blinds, or to change your monitor’s gamma settings, or something.
It’s not just this game. Pretty much any computer activity needs to avoid bright sun glare on the monitor, so you’re better off getting your rig set up to that purpose.

The more accessible a game is the more successful a game can be
& ideas can come from unexpected sources
Anything ingame that opens up accessibility is WinWin regardless if it is because the Sun shines too bright “somewhere” on the planet
I’m here to have as much fun as possible & maybe help a few others along the way
(not be compensated for my error in display placement)

If the sun is too bright and you don’t want to invest in blinds or move elsewhere then either play at night or with your eyes closed.

ANet may give it to you.
This is like asking Anet to add features or whatever for my difficulty using the game controls because my fingers are stiff since it’s 0 degrees in my house and I do not have the heat turned on.
Accessibility issues are important to address, or at least consider, but only if they’re something the player themselves cannot resolve or if it’s something the player is not causing to themselves.

I think the point is being missed here because of how I expressed myself/introduced an idea that could be extrapolated on
It’s sad how people “shoot the messenger” here
It also looks like this could be my second thread to get shut down for that same reason
Point taken

Perhaps you could clarify the point? What in-game issue are you trying to correct, and what exactly is your suggestion on how to do so?
One of the reasons it’s being missed is because no one here has a clue as to what you’re talking about. ANet isn’t going to mail you goggles if the sun is too bright and you refuse to close the curtains and ingame goggles on your char won’t work for real life ‘too much sun.’ So you either need to explain what in the world you’re talking about or continue to be misunderstood.
ANet may give it to you.

Thanks for all the replies
I think I have said enough on this topic
