Like the title said. I’ve submitted a ticket to the support 2 days ago, and i only got the automatic “your ticket will be reviewed shortly” email so far.
What’s the average wait time for it to be answered?

3 days is the average waiting time, so don’t worry However, if they don’t answer after 3 or 4 days, send another ticket

After 3 days you can follow up by following instruction on that thread. Please note that submitting duplicate tickets slows down the process so don’t do that.
