Guild Wars 2

Is it so hard to waive the artificial feature walls for players that have already been playing for years or have characters at cap? Because right now these new leveling “features” seem more like a punishment for having the nerve to roll an alt. Being able to start a new character without have to go through hours of artificial hoops was one of best parts of Guild Wars 2 in the past. It would be a shame to lose something that was obviously part of the design philosophy of the game from the beginning.

Oh boy. You want to laugh. Yesterday I deleted one of my level 80’s so I would have a new charecter to experience all the new changes.

I already bought charecter slots so I could have one of every class and I have a friend who I envited to buy guild wars and start playing. sigh. I don’t know. I don’t see what the patch added I only see things taken away.

Even the class balances they had me excited for. they said they would make the elite skills more viable choices but after looking some over it just seems like they _kitten other traits to make the _kitten traits seem more appealing.

I haven’t posted on these forums much, if at all, since the beta weekends so I don’t come here all the time to complain but this patch forced me to have to come here to voice my opinions. And the worst part since there are no channels to voice your concerns to ArenaNet I don’t even feel like it will do any good.

Why would… why would you even do that? Between the trait changes and this, what possessed you to believe this was a good idea? -not to mention the lost birthday gift potential.

Just buy an extra character slot.

I’m not crying I just think it is pretty funny though. I don’t care about the birthday gifts and I wanted to remake the character anyways. I have 5 other lvl 80’s to get gifts.
I can’t bring myself to spend money on a slot so I can have 2 lvl 80’s of the same class.

But you can convert gold to gems and save up for it.
