Can we PLEASE get the PvP version of Wander stats in PvE?

The Wander Amulet in PvP has the stats that I listed. For whatever reason they share the same name but have completely different stats.

They could call the stat “Feral”. Seeing as it is a 4 stat version of Rabid with expertise.

Surrender and serve me in life, or die and slave for me in death.
