Then you might be in luck. I’m working on developing a tool that will aid TP moneymakers in their quest for more gold.
Note, this resource is not finalized, it doesn’t have all of the features we’re planning (it’s missing alot) and it may even have bugs.
It’s a work in progress and when it launches it will likely be on a separate domain with a modern, lighter design.
This tool is designed to provide profitable markets to the lay person.
I’m looking for feedback, constructive criticism, usefulness, etc

and then everyone uses it and buys the same item and its pointless.

I disagree only because the focus will always shift.
All this is showing is the price difference between buy orders and sell orders, and making the (incorrect) conclusion that the difference between them is your ROI.
To make money, you’d need to know whether those orders are moving at a decent velocity. It doesn’t do you any good to put in a bunch of buy orders for things no one is selling, or to list sell orders for things no one is buying.

ROI = (gain-cost)/cost
Though I do understand what you’re saying, my ROI is NOT incorrect. However you are correct about the order moving issue, there are items listed that do not normally sell at the current sale price.
These listings are born when a player is monopolizing that particular item. I will work on filtering it out.

The list it gave me consists almost entirely of super expensive weapon skins. Items like this are usually terrible investments since it takes forever to buy even one. The selling process is equally tedious since undercutting is quite dangerous when you’re listing an item for upwards of 1k gold.
I agree, unless you incorporate velocity of each item, this is pretty worthless.
Apart from that, gw2tp.com already allows you to sort by price spread and flipping profit with alot more search filter options and information per item.
