What will happen to deleted skins prior the April 2014 Feature Patch? Will those destroyed skin be unlocked in the wardrobe?

Exosferatu.2961:

1) Do we unlock the skins we deleted in the past? Twilight and Sunrise greatswords were deleted for crafting an Eternity.

2) What about those wonderful skins that we deleted to create space in the account bank and inventory, will those reappear in the wardrobe?
