As we all know, Guild Wars 2 is a game that places aesthetic in high regard. That being said I still run into the odd clipping or see through issue now and then with a new piece of armor that wasn’t immediately present, and I’m sure others have as well. Let’s try to make a list with your race, type of armor, and what circumstances it appears. Pictures of the problem a bonus! I’ll start off with ones I found recently:

I play as female Norn.

The first armor (PvP Seer, or Generic level 70-80 Exotic with many names) seems to have a missing polygon, the character is completely see through at the circled point.

The second armor (PvP Whispers Garb… or Whispers Garb) has no immediate problems, until the elbows bend, then the arms clip straight through.

Okay, your turn!

Floating pauldrons. Floating pauldrons everywhere.

Also, the light heritage gloves clip through the human female hands.

The vast majority of armours, scandalously including Tier 3 Cultural Light leggings, don’t take into account Charr tails. It’s embarrassing how lazy ArenaNet have been in this respect.
I mean for the sake of the gods, for a race’s own cultural armour not to take into account a vital part of its anatomy? Lazy and careless beyond belief.

As a Char in medium armor, is easier to count the equip that have no issues than the ones that have it. Most armor is clipping with the tail or seems to “float”.

Hey y’all, thanks for the input! DanteZero reminded me of issues I encountered myself with the light heirloom armor that are also present as Norn.

Also, the Light Twilight Arbor armor is glitchy where the shirt meets the skirt – I’ve only seen it like that on norns though

Whoever came up with the term “Wardrobe Malfunction” should be punched. It’s over used so those who intentionally flash the camera do not get fined.

Using it for GW2 is cheap. Should be “character graphical gear glitches”.

How about all the hats and helmets that not only remove a characters hair, but any beard and/or moustaches?

Even the latest offering, the Dragon Bash helm shaves my norn toons face smoother than a straight-razor.

Velcro – what a rip off…

Honestly the only one I’ve seen which really bothers me is that since I transmuted my boots I cannot dye them, they’re stuck on the default brown.

The leggings also clip through them, but that actually wouldn’t bother me much (especially since I’m planning to change them as soon as I find some I like) if I could just dye the boots to match the rest of the armor.

The biggest wardrobe malfunction is that wearing helmets makes people bald.

I don’t even want to post a screenshot because of how horrific it is.

The answer to that being horrendous bandana… things on some of the hats. The temple medium armor, complete, looks amazing… except for that. I can’t wear the hat cause of how ridiculous it looks on a human male with that bandana thing. I would rather have a low profile bandana coming out the back than whatever that is.
