If i already have legendary weapon incineraton, Its possible to use this skin by using wardobe for my second not legendary dagger? Same for staff and other?

Search should be your friend. This has not only been answered (by anet) but fully debated by the community.

Short answer is: YES, you can use the skin on your secondary dagger…now before you respond here…dig up one of the other threads where people have been discussing this at length (probably on this very page in the forum)

That statement is them admitting legendaries will be a part of the wardrobe and the skins will be unlocked for use. There are plenty more but that 1 from the original source should be all you need.
