Would anyone happen to know if you would receive all cultural armor skins if you have unlocked the Emperor title? I’m concerned that, after earning the title, you moved on from that characters appearance to different armor sets and did not keep the cultural skins. Would you have to purchase them again to unlock the skin on your account? It’s not an unrealistic scenario to have 1 character buy each full set and “upgrade” their appearance as they level and unlocked the ability to purchase the different tiers…losing the previous tiers skins in the process.

This was answered in the pvp subforums if you want to look for more detail but the answer is no the cultural skins won’t count towards achivie, only cultural armor pieces count.

Since there’s 3 possible skins for each tier I would assume the game doesn’t automatically know which ones you bought, and so wouldn’t be able to replace them for you.

As for the title and lost skins, probably not. Might be worth contacting support after the patch goes live (don’t bother doing so beforehand to save time, they give a copypasta ‘we can’t help yet’ response).

If you don’t have the armor item currently equipped or in storage, you will not unlock it. Unless, it was the last transmutation. Any transmutated items will unlock the most recent skins.

What happens with gear that I currently possess that is already transmuted?

The skins for both of the items used in the most recent transmutation of your gear will be unlocked in your Wardrobe in this situation. This means that you will have skins representing your most recent stats and appearance choices for each transmuted item.
