Under the new wardrobe “physics” I’m curious about how the Order armours would unlock upon purchase.

[Example] I’d like to get the Light Vigil leggings for my Necro, whom has complete the story for Whispers’. So if I were to create a new Light character and progress up to the point to be able to access the merchant within the Vigil keep, and purchase the Light leggings….will it unlock the entire Light set or just that one piece? In that same vein: say I take a medium or heavy character to Vigil merchant, will it possibly unlock all Vigil armour (light/med/heavy) sets for my entire account or just what type I am able to access?

Thanks. I’d just like to know before I invest the time/effort of creating a new character simply for ONE piece.

You will have to buy each piece, it will not unlock a full set of armour. You can have just 1 char belong to a faction and then buy any item from the vendor for any class and choose the right click bind option to unlock that skin forever for all your chars. You don’t need to lvl up multiple chars simply to unlock exact type of gear (light, medium, heavy). Again just buy whatever, choose right click to bind, the char does not have to be able to use to do this.

It will only unlock the piece of armor you purchase, so if you want full sets of Vigil light, medium, and heavy, you will have to buy all 18 pieces.

Appreciate it! I never had much interest in the Order pieces until I could see them mix-matched via wardrobe (I do understand I could have via PvP lockers prior to this). So I didn’t quite understand the process of access or now, unlocking.

Not only inconvenient but probably expensive too lol. I remember buying the Vigil axe for my necro via my warrior and that 1 piece alone was no small price. :P
