Can anyone tell me what he is wearing? the chest piece and leggings only please, it is NOT Vigil armor. Vigil armor doesn’t have the fur or sash thingy on the leggings, is it Norn Cultural armor?

The chest and legs are indeed norn cultural armor, tier 3.

The shoulder piece is from the Vigil armour set

Ahhh so it is Cultural, and Tier 3 at that too. Hmmm, well either way I wouldn’t be able to get it because I’m running a human & I’d rather spend that much money on other things.

Boots, shoulders and gloves are Vigil.

YOu should just follow him around and try to steal the armor,because my bet is you wont have the full set any time soon if you’re willing to buy it !
