Warrior and Necromancer
Warrior is in a really good place right now. Its not OP, but it’s far from being in a hard place neither. Healing Signet needed that little nerf, since some build could take advantage of that to make annoying full regen warrior.
A tread in the warrior subforum already talk about how much they should nerf the healing signet. And the general consensus what about 7-8% so Anet seem to be right on that.
For the Necromancer, they are nerfing Dhumfire but boosting their surviability to the roof. So you can’t really complain there. I hope more change, because if that balance a bit the necromancer in pvp and wvw, the necromance still seem a bit weak in PvE.

First off Arenanet Does Not “hate both classes”. This statement makes no sense. They Designed these classes, so why would they hate them?
Second, Engineer does have “lots of Builds”, but only a handful are viable under competitive play. The other build are either niche, or suite their players needs (but could be improved upon).
Third, making statements about the Developers being incompetent or evil, is a useless statement that serves no purpose.
Long story short – You don’t offer anything constructive in your criticism. Until you can, please, quit whining, or quit the game.

Warrior have 2 viable builds in PvP. Necromancer have 2 viable builds in PvP. Engineer have about 5 viable builds in PvP.
Now they will get what, 8 viable builds in PvP?
Oh boy, more warriors aren’t OP defenders. If the Devs or anyone else agreed, they wouldn’t be getting nerfed.
Oh, side note – did you see the size of the PvP CDI (4 pages) vs. the size of the others? PvP is a blip compared to the general usage patterns of the GW2 player base as a whole and it needs to STOP being the benchmark the Balance Team designs around.

At least the other professions gets changes.
The Guardian will be as stale and straight-forward just as before.
Dumbfire should have never been made in the first place.
Remove it from the game, and make something that isn’t as lame as a mechanic.
They’ve done massive damage to the necromancer class by making this monstrosity— nerfing other options because dummy was too strong. And now they reduce it to this. Talk about bait and switch. Is it their intent to put the necros in their proper place, by making them the subpar class they were pre-dumb but even worse?
Of course not everyone runs a condi build either and maybe DS builds will see some more light.
I’ve always joked that guardians could have used a trait that burns on crit, and maybe we could trade with the necromancer our useless power to condi damage trait. But alas…

I remember they already said something similiar to “they will get more build diversity” regarding engineers in some past patch. They ended up nerfing good skills so that they were at the same level of the less good ones.
Guess i can only hope they won’t do it again.
I mostly PvE.
Necro need those changes. Death Magic’s focus on minions kept me from playing class, as I needed toughness for builds but couldn’t stand those first two minor traits.
I, for on, am glad about the changes to necro.
In regards to warrior, their place still won’t change. They’ll still be at the top though a little shorter.
