Does anyone know

If you were to expand on the effects of the sigil, the issue, the nomenclature of icd. Most people will not bother to ask since it would show “ignorance” or would not bother to do the research, even though they might know the answer without been aware of it. I suggest you make your threads a little bit more friendly to the average reader, the burden of knowledge might be too much for the vast mayority.

The reader who doesn’t understand his op won’t know the answer to his question.

Also, last time I checked (which was a few months ago), there was no bug attached to Blood and it could proc every 2 seconds. When did the ICD bug appear for you? The notes on the wiki are old, and I don’t have any sigils of blood lying around handy right now.

The gw2 wiki had a note said that player tests showed a 5 second icd, but now the wiki page has been updated recently, and the note is gone. If it is 2 seconds like the tooltip says, then that would be a good thing
