Friends have been trying to transfer forever and nearly every server would show full 24/7 for over a week until today literally every server now shows as High or Very High and transfers are possible. All morning I haven’t seen a single server showing as Full – did we get an early Christmas present from ANet?

If what you say is true, then they may have. Maybe they took my suggestion in the suggestion forum to heart

Yeah an unfortunate side effect is that Overflows in LA are practically non existent right now so its hard to get into fractals with groups outside of your own server

Unfortunately, this could very easily have a negative side effect on those servers where populations are the lowest. We counted on those others being full to guide new players and transfers where they were needed the most.

It may be time for them to consider merging the smaller servers.
