Guild Wars 2

I’ve taken the requisite steps to procure my Water of Rhand but the mechanism appears to be bugged. Is this just something I’m going to have to wait and retry every day or is there a suitable alternative ?

You can swim down on the other side and swim backwards through the puzzle to get to the water spout. I wound up doing that myself since I couldn’t get in the proper way.

Also you can walk out on the rocks, stand over a gap, and logout to character select. When you log back in you should be in the water below the rocks. This could take a couple of tries to find the right spot.
