The last time I saw a dev writing about something seems to be about lgd precursor or something in the crafting section. I just want to point something out.

Incandescent dust to Crystalline dust -

5 crystalline dust – 1g 9s 80 coppers

Average: 2.68g~

Never mind about the other T6 mats. I’m not sure what’s anet’s goal in this, but can we get some better crystalline drops or increase the output of t6 dust from upgrading? I’m getting tired of asking for better dust drops/ignored since 2-3 months ago. This is just awful. Can any devs throw us a bone and tell us they are at least considering to adjust outputs from mystic forge?

Also that RNG is getting to me. We’re having RNG everywhere, can it be less of a RNG for dust, maybe make it 20-30 at least…

I think these things are only worth it if you’re farming the T5 mats, rather than buying them off the auction. Then it changes the whole complexion of the calculations.

If you farm in Orr, you’’ll end up with a reasoanbly good amount of heavy moldy bags with COULD give you T6 mats, but will mostly give you T5 mats, which you could then change into T6 mats with the mystic forge.

I get plenty of heavy moldy bags when I’m running around Orr.

Edit: And you can get crystalline dust from drops in Orr as well and occasionally from heavy moldy bags.
