I have to say in any game, weapon restrictions for classes annoy the hell out of me. It’s not because I’m greedy, no it’s because more often than not my favourite class and favourite weapon are not useable together.
I’m not saying that everything should be unlocked for all, I do understand the balance aspect of it but I would like that little bit of extra customisation that allows me to choose my favourite weapon with my favourite class.
For me I’d very much like to play my thief with a long bow, (I’m not really a lover of the short bow plus it’s tiny on an Asura!) maybe in future add ons the devs could add some sort of trainer that can teach any profession the ability to use a new weapon.
What do you guys think? Would you be interested in unlocking an extra weapon for your character, if so how would you like it introduced to the game, what weapon for which class and what kind of skills would you like it to have? ^.^
