So I’m sure it’s understood by the title, but let me try to clarify as simply as possible.

example: Say you have 1 great dagger, 1 great pistol
For your first weapon set you want to mh the dagger and oh the pistol and for your second weapon set you want to mh the same pistol and oh the same dagger.

Is it possible?

Unfortunately not.. You’ll need two sets: One with d/p, one with p/d..
