Nice links.

But what’s the question?

I think the OP is pointing out that two different traits from different lines and different professions are the same.

Well they have the same description, yes.

But one is for an Engineer and the other a Necro.
So still no clue about the actual question.

Burning is a common condition for an Engineer. It’s a rare condition for a Necromancer.

Thus, the difference in trait levels.

Sarcasm, delivered with a
delicate, brick-like subtlety.

But it still has the same effect for both classes. Why is it so much harder to get for a necro just because they have no other source of burning?

I guess there are some reasons.

Seems like Necromancers are nerfed too… “Only affects one target at each 10 second cycle, even though more than one target is hit with a critical hit.”

Not the same note for Engineers…

It’s a good question but as I said, I guess they have their reasons.

Could be that Engineers uses fire with most of their weapons so fire condition is applied no matter what but necromancer has no fire condition what I know of and with a fire condition a necro can apply every condition pretty regularly. Maby somthing like that?

I can also think of realy good ways on having Dhuumfire with my necro, but I don’t use Incendiary Powder with my Engineer.

If you read the talk behind the Engineer trait it states that only one target is affected by the burn condition. Just no one put the note on the front page.
