I’ve been PvP’ing exclusively for the past 6 months and the last thing I remember was doing champ trains during the time the queen’s gauntlet arena was taking place. Today I thought I’d just while away a few minutes relaxing in Frostgorge like I used to chasing down champs, but when I went there it was empty.

Are people doing something else now for easy gold that doesn’t require teamwork or commitment?

EotM (20g hr under good commander) and karka shell farming (10g hr) in Southsun are the latest hotness.

How in the world do you earn gold in EotM? I’ve never even heard of such a thing…

Also the bigger servers still have large champ trains. JQ normally has 20-30 people in Frostgorge still.

“Edge of the Mists” right? I don’t know much about it since I’ve been out of the scene for so long, but isn’t that some kind of PvP thing? There’s PvE content in it as well?

And are there karka shell trains that one can join?

Depends on your MF/luck. I get about 2 shells per karka, which adds up quite fast. Including the blood that drops, you can net quite a bit of profit. It’s boring as hell though. I really can’t handle doing it for more than 30 mins at a time. I get about 4-6 gold for 30mins.
