What Legendary would you make?
Bow of Light: Longbow
Appear as a bow made of light with a tangible hold and tips, the arrows would be made of yellow light and would actually give off light as they fly
Would leave a trail of light at your feet as you walk lighting the area around the trail for a few seconds.

Kinda the same i was thinking, only that i would want it to be a shortbow.
Scarlett Shadowbolt: A glowing red-light bow with black grip that shoots red bolts followed by black smoke, your footprints would glow red with a weak black mist rising out of them.
The Aegis: Shield
Shield appears as a floating diamond, when blocking or hit the “Aegis” appears as a hexagonal field around the wielder. When moving the wielder leaves floating hexagon pads at his/her feet. (this shield has an Asura feel to it)
Alters skills such as Guardians Shield5 to appear as a Hexagonal field.

dig the shield
Typhoon: Shortbow
Bow appearance is a bow made of water. The projectiles are a stream of water from the wielder. Leaves a river behind the wielder as they travel.
The Warmonger: Hammer
Hammer’s appearance is very rough, looks like someone scrounged up parts to put it together. The hammer causes explosions when it hits a surface (much like grenade explosions). Leaves a trail of “junk” behind the wielder, things like scrap heaps, metal bars, and gears.

The Skrittsticker: Dagger
In appearance, just a bunch junk cobbled together in the shape of a dagger. The spirit of a skritt has been infused into the blade, though, and upon any attack, the blade says “Shiny!” Any skritt to lay eyes upon the blade are forced to follow the wielder.
Divine Power: Staff
This staff is a silver staff with gold trim and a diamond at the very top, the staff has no unique features however when the staff is out the wielder has golden transparent wings fixed to their back (much like the Paragon from GW1). The wielder leaves a trail of feathers behind them that shine with golden light.
Crystalline Greatblade.
The blade itself isn’t actually much of a blade, just a golden handle. Instead, fragments of crystal, like shattered glass in appearance, whirl around the user. When swung, the fragments have a very rapid animation where they fly out from around the character, some heading to form a thin, glassy blade, but most directly striking at the target in a storm of crystals. The actual color of the crystals would be determined by class, and the anmations would differ by skill.
Spatial Surge: The crystals from into a cone around the blade while it’s drawn, and fire into the target along with the laser, firing in bursts.
Mirror blade: The blade never forms, instead, the crystals collect into a sword shaped cloud that flies at the target.
Mind stab: The crystals erupt from the ground to shred their target before flying back to the mesmer.
Illusionary wave: All of the crystals around the mesmer burst off into a forward cone blast.
Warrior slashes: Crystals form a thin blade, while the rest shred into the target.
100 blades: Crystals from a rapidly moving dust cloud ahead of the warrior, literally shredding the victim. The cloud loosely follows the warrior’s motions, which remain the same.
Bladethrow: The crystals throw outwards in a line, and then return
Whirlwind: The crystals encircle the warrior as they spin, spinning opposite the warrior while the greatsword itself forms into a thin blade, for maximum style points.
Rush: The cloud charges just ahead of the warrior.
Arcing slice: The crystals position themselves above and below the target area, shredding up and down as the warrior’s blade comes down on the target.
Guardian slashes: Same as warrior. If it will inflict burning, the shards also burn.
Spin: The crystals fire off as the projectiles, the blade is not formed, and the crystals orbit the guardian in a dust cloud, spinning opposite the guardian.
Leap: the crystals follow the guardian leap, starting below them, peaking just after them, and then coming down on the target. The blade is formed.
Sigil: The crystals form up in the air, then all crash down into the ground. Sigil is changed to a glimmering, shining, shattered version, but the shape and edges are not changed.
Pull: The crystals group up, fire off, and embed themselves in the target’s chest, passing clean through their character. When reactivated to pull targets in, the crystals pull themselves out of the target, forcing the victim to the guardian.
Weapon Type: Shortbow
Name: Nightwatch
Style: Black Bow with sharp jagged edges with a pulsing green glow.
Color Scheme: Blacks and Bright/Neon Greens.
On Weapon Draw: The area around the wielder’s feet looks corrupted, Green ghostly hands reach up from the ground.
In combat: would shoot Black Arrows with a green trail following it. The green trail persists for .5 seconds after the shot hits.
Passive Animation: Would drip green liquid from where the Arrowhead is. And every 30 seconds the Bow itself would shake and move as if it were alive.
Additional notes: The Theme is a Bow of Unknown origins, though the visual effects are those of undead visuals.
Profession: Human Ranger
Deathmourne: Greatsword
An ornate greatsword inscribed with runes of death. Permeating the blade is a black mist that swirls around it when wielded. It has the power to command undead and drains the life force of any target when struck, granting it to the wielder.
Before I ragequit this game’s new gear treadmill, I’d like my pistol to look and fire like the following while I make my last GW2 pvp videos:

If by some divine miracle this happens, I might actually stay longer in Grind Wars 2.
Pretty? nah how about dredge themed…
Dredgenaut
Axe, Heavy brutal iron, rivits and rust looking pick axe, sings with the chorus of revolution when used to crush oppressors, perhaps ghostly comrade dredge assisting with a bit more crushing/choping.
Revolution
Shield, drill headed whirling sheild, steam, rock dust, sparks..
Comrade
Rifle, huge bore sholdered mortar/machine gun looking weapon, perhaps from a dredge mining suit . loud, many empty casings ejected etc
None. Legendary weapons should impress people because the skill it takes to acquire them. Not the amount of life wasted grinding them.

Ah, but we can dream. Maybe 1 distant day, at The Plaza At The End Of The World. That’s the only other candidate now that anet has resigned.
