My GW2 account has been suspended for a bit from unauthorised access, so I submitted a ticket.
Now I have gotten a response but it says ‘Thank you for your support request. Our response is included below. If you have other questions, please reply to this message or update your incident by clicking the link below.’
Now I need to send them my Cd-key, email and account name and all but there is no link below to reply to. Do I just reply to the email sent? Or is there a link somewhere I have to click on to reply to?
