I mentioned this in another thread regarding a random NPC in Lions Arch that says “By Ogden’s Hammer, what savings!” and I attribute this to being a direct relationship to this scene from Galaxy Quest:

There’s the obvious Indiana Jones reference in the Loreclaw Expanse jumping puzzle.

A couple day’s ago I quoted an 80’s movie reference (They Live) while about to fight a boss. The next morning in Metrica Province I actually saw a golem say near the exact same quote (a word was changed due to being a cuss word but was still an awesome find. What Movie refrences have you seen ingame?

if it was, Duke Nukem refrenced the movie also then. It’s a movie that came out sometime in the late 80s.
The guy drinking at the hunting lodge in QD goes… Did I tell you that my wife is pregnant?… out of nowhere and the other guy says… what does that have to do with anything? To me, that’s a direct reference to The Room where in the middle of the party the main dude just randomly goes… everybody, we’re expecting! And then like runs away… and you’re left thinking like… whaaaa? What does that have to do anything at all with the scene?!

Best one imo is definitely the end boss of Sorrows Embrace story.
