Hello everyone, my main character is a warrior greatsword/ sword + warhorn, i mostly do solo wvw, but sometimes i like to run with zerg. This weapons combo provide insane mobility and pretty good single target damage. I really like my warrior, but i would like to try something new.
In most of the games i like to play swift and if possible roguish class, but somehow i don’t like thiefs… it’s just not proff for me, i also tried guardian, engineer and mesmer. Guardian got great survivability and healing, engineer is fun, but i think that i’ve got to small amount of fps to throw granades at the enemy nice and smoothly; and mesmer is just pain in leveling, but after seeing this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqcDx4Tu0_U i think that mesmers start shine later on.

So what should i pick? The priorities thats important for me:
mobility> escape abilities > survivability > single damage > aoe tagging > burst damage> sustained damage > aoe damage> crowld control > dots

You want an Elementalist.

My first choice would be to suggest pick none. Alt’s are a money sink. However, if you are going to pick another class I would take someone that is the opposite of a Warrior (personally, I main guardian and Mesmer).

That would give you the most variety.

You should probably do an Elementalist, but Mesmers also offer a lot on your list. Their quality of life mobility is terrible, but their combat mobility is amazing. They can have great survivability, but it’s more skill based than armor based. They can be build to have good access to stealth, which enable some escapes. Mesmers are almost entirely sinlge target focused, with little ability for aoe damage. The have stuns and dazes for crowd control. They also offer some dot, but condition Mesmers are a little out of favor since the confusion nerf.

Anything I post is just the opinion of a very vocal minority of 1.

Engineer. Very mobile, super-fast endurance regen, dynamic, lotsa aoe tagging/damage, tons of build variety, good single target control, group utility.

You don’t like thief but you describe it to a tee? There is a difference between a lvl 10 try-it-out thief and a lvl 80 d/d stealth thief, or with pistols or whatever.

You leveled a warrior first, so most people that start with warrior (or early on) go to guard next.
