Guild Wars 2

So I’m fairly new to GW2 but I love it already and have been doing lots of research on builds and such, but I came across a video where he was wearing an armor I’ve never seen before, and I’m not talking about the armor itself but the skin he put on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks

That looks like Order of Whisper armor.

The gloves and shoulder look possibly like one of the Norn Heavy cultural tiers. The legs look possibly like Order of the Vigil Heavy. Don’t have any ideas as far as the rest.

It looks like eagle gloves and shoulders with rampart chest (gem store) and Braham’s legs (gem store)
