its a concept art… concept art is not exactly as the armor.
I think they did an amazing job on the T3 charr cultural regardless of the difference with the original concept.

Concept art is drawn separately from animated artwork used for skin objects. It’s two completely different systems. Anything implemented in game has to work with all of the various body models (more or less) and their various skill animations.
