If a server is full, it means it is filled with players on and offline, right?
If it was only online players, then what would happen if you wanted to play? “oops the server is currently full, you can’t play for a few hours and you can’t join any other because this is your main”.
This doesn’t seem right. Then what is it? All players regardless they are on or offline?
But if it really is like this… Then, are the inactive players flooding servers? Almost every friend of mine stopped playing. So are they dead weight on my server?

Explain me please. Which one is right? And if inactive players are wasting server’s space.

the status seems to vary over the course of the day, which makes me think it’s at least loosely based on how many players are logged in or have been active in some period of time, not just how many are based on the server.

the server status shows currently logged in players, not offline players.

You won’t get the “server full: login later” message in this game, due to the overflow servers.
