Is it just ranger pets, or do mini/phantasms also effect that sixth tier? I’ve heard players say both, so I’m hoping someone in the know can clarify this.

Up until the big patch two weeks ago, mini pets and mesmer clones/phantasms DID count. As of that patch, however, they no longer count. As stated on the wiki, only pets and minions seem to count now.
