Guild Wars 2

While I was fighting in the queen’s events I wondered what get you playing the game. I come back and play for few moths at a time. Mainly because me core gourp of adventures have started playing other games.

For some it is the “End Game”, being the first the ultimate spoon of doom ect. For others they want to deck out their avatar(s) in gear that think looks cool (pirate anyone?) Still other want to check off every achievement there is no matter how small. And let us not forget about the crafters.

For me I love to explore and help out where I can. I love the public quest and being part of a big group and getting it done. I love going through a dungeon when no one in my group has done it before. So far GW2 has been my goto game for just overall fun.
Whether WvWvW or PVE most days I enjoy the game and I really enjoyed the Mad Kings Clock tower and was so excited when I finished it. Was one of the best/frustrating events there ever was.

So what gets you playing GW2?

I want to see where the story goes.
Personal story only had so much before I just grinded through it. Don’t get me wrong, when we had nothing but it I didn’t mind it too much.
Then they started doing better, in my opinion, on the living story and I just want to see where it is going this month.

I have been leveling my alts, so that’s one other factor. Also this is just a fun game to unwind with after the dread-filled objective sort of day I usually have.

Game artwork, guild events as i try to be on, and is the only game i have besides gw1.

My never ending quest to be the richest player!

The reasons I play this game, listed out, would probably be longer than the max post size.

And they’re also hard to actually name and come up with.

I play it because I like it. When I don’t like it (which has happened a couple times for a few days), I play something else.

The solo friendly content. I love being able to do my own thing in an mmo.

Basically I just love the feel of the virtual world, it feels a bit like a real “place”, and I can goof off pretending I’m a magic-using demigod in a charming fantasy world for an hour or two.

I like that I can solo or be a part of a group. I like making a difference when I’m in a group. Love the scenery. I work a lot and I’m working on a degree in school and this is the only fun tiime I get – EVER! I enjoy every second of it, even when I’m frustrated at taking an hour to do a jumping puzzle… ‘cuz I’m not working or studying!!!!

Well where do I start…

1. The Atmosphere of the World, I love it’s feel and its beauty keeps me in.
2. The Fun I have with the community keeps me in
3. Dungeons and Fractals are awesome and a lot of fun, now with the new features I can find more people for different dungeons.
4. World vs World is a lot of fun.
5. I have many things to buy so I have a lot of money to make
6. The Living Story content and the Activities are fun to do if you get bored of above
7. I need to level 5 more classes to level 80
8. PvP is also a lot of fun
9. Daylies and Monthlies

Certainly not the Living Boredom Story Achievement! I love the art and general enjoyment of the gameplay. I log on regularly everyday, sometimes a few hours sometimes only minutes. I feel that Anet has failed us entirely ad far as added content is concerned.
