Guild Wars 2

So, I spent a couple of months away from GW2 because of personal problems and real-world stuff. But, I recently started playing again and was planning to buy some cool skins for my character (I play as a Ranger). I saw a new longbow that I’d never seen before called the Storm Bow, but I can’t find anywhere to buy it. Is there any way to even get this skin anymore?
