My Krait Obelisk Shard had several Hylek near it in my Home instance. May I have them back? Why were they removed?
Are you checking with the same character? I think they’re from the part of the personal story where you get to interact with one of the less advanced races, so only ones that did the Hylek one will have them there.

You are correct. I have one low level toon parked there just for mining. My toon responsible for the Obelisk Shard was used to create charged quartz crystals. As soon as my low level toon reached level 10, it became eligible to use the Obelisk Shard. That’s when I noticed something was missing.
