Not sure if this was posted yet, but to my knowledge there are 2 PvP exclusive skins, the Commando and Masquerade armor skins:

When the wardrobe is released, will these skins be available to us if we craft them in PvP, or will they just disappear? I’d like to know before I start putting my PvP crafting mats towards these skins.

You will have and keep them if you craft them before the 15th. After that you maybe never be able to get them again unless they add them as a reward track at some point.

I’m more curious how with the removal of Glory, we get our cultural armors, because the Norn and Sylvari armors are just bad kitten .

I know 2 pieces of the Commando set are available through PS in the higher levels. Being the Coat and Leggings, however, not sure about the others.

When the Wardrobe is released however, PvP Crafting will have been removed. Use your mats while you can.

4 pieces, actually: mask, shoulders, coat, and pants (but not the gloves or boots for some reason).

I’m more curious about the weapons that have different skins in PVP than in PVE (the Vanguard spear and trident, the Lionguard trident, a few others), which version the wardrobe will use.

In each home city, there are vendors that sell cultural armor for that race. I believe to get a whole set of T3 is something like 120g.

Grove = Sylvari
Hoelbrak = Norn

It has been stated that those pvp unique skins would pop up in the pvp tracks. They weren’t clear (as far as I’m aware) if they are in any of the new, existing tracks or if they will be rewards for additional tracks as time goes on. Only that you would eventually still be able to get them, they weren’t just ‘going away.’
