Guild Wars 2

Does it disband and you lose all progress? Or does everything transfer over, sans guildies of course unless they transfer as well. (Also assuming you are the leader…)

You pretty much lose all your influence and progress.

The original server retains all of the upgrades and influence, but when you change server you have to start over again, the upgrades aren’t transfered.

The Guild stays with the same stuff it had ,on the original server, but you need to make waves on the new server to gain the same unlocks. If you transfer back then you’ll still have all the stuff/influence.
