Left the game for 1 year now because they tried forcing me to grind for the pink gear, whereas I was told there would be no PvEing here if I won’t PvE.

I’m a 100% PvP player, and the nearest of PvE I do is killing afk players. Did this game back to its root where I can gear in PvP ? The WvW is still a thing?

I’d love to come back, I really miss the feeling GW gave me.

Please stay away. Nothing changed PvP wise.

What’s changed is that most players now understand that ascended (pink) gear isn’t required, especially not for WvW.

Oh, it occasionally drops there too so you could get the best stats by only playing WvW, but it would take you a long time. But in the meantime you can play in exotics with no problem.

For agony resistance, which is a PvE thing.
