How is verbal abuse described. How is it handled when reported?

Does it take an X amount of reports to be reviewed by a moderator? Can death threats or more abusive text have a higher “seriousness” factor than someone just saying " you suck"?

GM/Moderation/CS will never reveal the actions they take to anyone but the account owner said action was administered to.

Racist/sexist/anti-religious/anti-LGBT attacks are almost certainly dealt with. Same goes for death threats. More general trash talking like “You suck, scrub!” probably wouldn’t receive action unless it was particularly bad or the person has gotten multiple flags on their account for antisocial behaviour.
