Perhaps its just me but i dont get what this is and if it is/when it’s implemented

Anet have, from time-to-time, done little stories in the blogs on the website. They’re usually littered with bits of lore, and are often humorous, and are generally for a bit of fun.

They’ve also been known to put npcs from those stories in the game as cameos. An example of this would be the sylvari and her fern hound you can find near the entrance into the central building in Black Citadel

A while back there was a con where a team from ANet did a panel. They were illustrating how characters got conceived, designed, and implemented. The twist was they had audience participation so this asura and her moa were a collaborative effort with people attending the panel. They had said in advance that the NPC created by the panel would show up in game.

It’s on video somewhere.

I checked all the places mentioned in the story…nothing I could find. Still, it’s only Chapter One, so maybe they will show up somewhere else.
