Sigil of Water heals through the effect “Wave of Healing”

I can’t find any solid information on this ability, namely whether or not it has a target cap and if so how many.

The closest thing I can imagine is cleansing wave from ele’s dagger. Anyway, it probably has a 5 target cap like most things on this game.

Tested at Maw, the limit is 5.
