Q:

Correct me if I am wrong: bank, collections and wardrobe storage is shared for all characters owned by one account. I am quite sure hint progress is shared too. But is achievement hint completion shared? If so, is there any other achievement or something what is shared?

All achievements are shared, I do not know about the hints though. Bank, wallet, wardrobe, basically everything is account shared.
