Hey guys,

as the thread’s name already said, I wanted to ask, why ANet is trying so hard, to keep us away from Rata Sum’s ground.

Since Beta Weekend #3 there are a lot of invisible walls in the outer areas of Rata Sum. If you try to jump from the cube itself a invisible wall will kill you in midair. If you however manage it to hit the ground alive, there is a script, that teleports you into a prison chamber ~.~

So why this whole efford to keep us away from what’s under Rata Sum? What is ANet hiding?

Maybe the remains of the original Rata Sum, because it used to look a little different.

Few people know this, but under Rata Sum lies the fabulous Tyran reserves of cookiesh!

Obviously, it is not easily accessable but there are ways!

Anyway, I jumped down and didn’t got teleported. But all I see is that the entire city is atop some kind of a lake, and there are a few buildings on the ground.

Ever since GW1, a lot of players have noticed that Rata Sum is an anagram of Mursaat.

Maybe they’re hiding down there.

Another good way to get down is to grab your necro, jump, go into Death Shroud. I’m walking down there now…
