Guild Wars 2

In the Nov 21, 2016 update (and release of A Crack in the Ice), the update notes say, “Enterprising adventurers have attracted the attention of the Harbinger.”
Can anybody please explain what this is?

Reference to a fractal boss that was added, with a new fractal, in that same update.

It’s in the section talking about the “new Fractal” that they released with that patch, so it’s a character from the Nightmare fractal. We don’t know exactly who it is yet, though.
