Could any of you help me identify his dyes? (the dude to the right)

That’s my guess.

Midnight Fire can sometimes appear that dark.

Hard to tell when the dye is dark and the picture is dark lol.

Yep that looks Midnight Fire to me with maybe a lighter brown colour as an offset

This is what I think the dyes are:
Headpiece: None
Shoulders: Moss dye or Olive dye and Black dye.
Breastpiece: Moss dye or Olive dye, Black dye and Beige Dye.
Gloves: Moss dye or Olive dye and Black dye.
Legs: Moss dye or Olive dye and Black dye.
Shoes: Moss dye or Olive dye and Black dye.

On those metal parts I believe it’s Beige dye, it looks like a rusty brown dye.
It’s surely green, grey and some rusty brown dye on this NPCs armor.
